We recently needed to upgrade our CCTV security system covering the entire car park and rooftop entertainment area of our unit block. I initially received a quote from an existing installer I had used a number of times for residential installations, however he had several issues trying to work out how to get a camera to the rooftop of this complex. Because of this, I decided to seek a second quote.
I contacted Nik and asked if he could inspect the building and provide a quote, and I have to say he exceeded my expectations with both his knowledge and professionalism. When he arrived, I suggested we tackle the rooftop first to see if the installation was even going to be possible. He had no issues at all — he clearly explained how it would be installed and made it sound effortless. We then proceeded to inspect the rest of the car parks.
